Voxcom Holdings, Inc. Signs Exclusive Marketing Agreement With a
Company In Korea

DALLAS, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- MAXpc Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Voxcom Holdings,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VXCH), signs an exclusive marketing agreement with Sin Seong Overseas Co.
Ltd. Of Korea. Under the agreement, the MAXpc media accelerator card will be marketed to companies in
Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The executives of Sin Seong have vast experience in
marketing computer and computer-related products in Asia, and have significant corporate contacts in
those countries. In order to maintain exclusivity, Sin Seong must meet a minimum unit sales requirement
of more than 30,000 units for 1999.

the overseas markets, especially in Asia. This agreement marks the beginning of our efforts in penetrating
the international markets which includes negotiations in Europe, Australia and additional Asian countries."
