I think way way too much is being made of this friggin dividend. For Pete's sakes it's only 50 cents. When CREAF starts sliding it loses 50 cents every day for a week. Anyone who thinks the stock is about to start one of its solid slides wouldn't care about ditching it and forgoing 1/2 a point.

Re: Steady but slow progress

Looks like it's getting very very tired to me. Although this stock has a hard time going up for more than one or two days...it seldom slides for less than 4 or 5 days in a row. If we start sliding again we could easily end up back at 14.
