After reading my way through the thread, I can't help but do a lot of thinking about this.. The positive side of this is that RTEC has technology and seems to understand their market. Maybe timing is a little late but never the less, they are moving right. Businesswise I put some credibility in the connection to Tandon in India. I lived in Simi when Tandon was finishing the disk business with IBM and was starting a computer business. They were a flamboyant high risk bunch and hired the best they could find. The plus of this to me is that the connection should be good business. The other thing that appeals to me is that they are backing off on following an upgrade business that has diminishing prospects versus time. They have a tough road to get work stations up, but given their edge, they may do ok. I am also encouraged about Nutec. I plan to go long on this one and bet that the management can make it work. thanks to you all who have built the message stream on this.. (Pete Mack)
