janice as you will make this situation fit your own cause i will not play to hard with you , also i am pressed for time. you really must examine what you are told careefully & understand the agreement between cynthia & aznt. cynthia is being compensated for her work as per agreement & aznt will now go with this other company. i know this can be twisted to what you want from what you are being told but telling us about carmine bua's opinion letter that was sent out to aznt shareholders who were solicited for stock by wellrich can not be twisted into ANYTHING that will assist your promotion of wellrich. i suggest you get jj to post that opinion letter since it will be part of LITIGATION, not ARBITRATION. i will leave you to bash all day now. spider
