Matthew, as you said, HVP gets a nice job. GSM shareholders get burned. Market reaction reflects the sentiment. BTW if GSM shareholders did not pummel the stock to $2 level, just before Q1 results were released, I'm sure the takeover price would have been higher. Negotiations were probably taking place when the stock was trading just above $2. The stock traded as low as $3.14 today, at least a $1 discount to takeover price. We need a white knight.
