Some large crumbs are falling off the table and hitting EDS- This is my guess, but someone is selling Amazon.com and these lucky people have money to invest. Where are they going to put it? Not back in Amazon.com! They are looking for the second wave of internet opportunities and EDS is an ideal candidate. Amazon.com can be recreated given enough money and resources. EDS is globally positioned to provide the resources. The World Cup is an excellent example of EDS's ability to provide a major multinational a big bang capability.
