Mike you should conduct some DD and get truthful answers to the reasons for the Lawsuits I think it's important,dont you ? After all it's public money that's being used to pay for all this Legal wrangling in the Courts , Money that would be better served by paying for drill programs etc. Perhaps the Company Hierarchy should turn to negotiation rather than confrontation in the Courts , it's far cheaper and would probably be just as effective if not more.
