I am sorry I don't understand your post. Are you saying that if you had 35 billion you could replicate amzn and yhoo and beat them at their own game? If so I don't understand why you would say that. AMZN and YHOO are valued, as you said, on percieved future cash flows. Many people think todays price will be more than justified by executing the business plan and diversifying into new markets and technologies that are yet to be exposed due the radical growth of the net. Agree or disagree as you will. jb
