I understand that Tilton has paid you with shares in TNRG to provide promotion of the company - and do not see anything wrong with that. Is the outstanding share count that you report an accurate number as of today? Can you confirm that Tilton is not planning a reverse split? What progress has been made to become fully reporting? Thanks for your input, Geiser
