Funny you say that. Because I get the feeling that you are all E-Traders trying to bag on AMTD with this negative hype. I absolutely am an Ameritrade account holder. I have NEVER even SEEN the E-Trade site. I have absolutely no complaints about Ameritrade other than the fact that my account does not update for 24 hrs. (which is fairly normal and understandable) Yes....I dial 1800-669-3900 when I need representative assistance. I Usually place my trades via computer, however, I travel alot and use the 800 number from my car or airports to check the status of my trades. Regardless of the problems....or lack of problems...I still feel that we should be using this board as an equity forum....not a customer service helpline. Regards, Jason
