A couple of points of interest:

Keep in mind that 2ndQ revenues included 2.1M from their newly acquired company (probably lumped under "Professional Services Revenues"), so their revenue growth is actually not as impressive as it seems.
Also, please note that Accrued Expenses on their balance sheet increased by $5M in the last 6 months.

My question is: are these accrued expenses already included under expenses in this quater's income statement, or are they yet to be incurred and reported under a future quarter. Also, do these expenses have anything to do with the Deferred Revenues or are they unrelated. If they are indeed unrelated to Deferred Revenues and they are yet to be incurred under a future quarter's income statement, then there will surely be trouble ahead for this company.

Any comments? Phillip? Roger?

Regards,

Reno
