To Art Slott (3988) Dear Art, You probably noticed that Abby Cohen dropped her allocation of stocks from 72% to 70%. This is a bullshit modification. I believe, with others, that this may be a signal to her clients to head for the exit. Incidentally, under the influence of Zeev's theory, I bought 1000 shares of HEC at 1 13/16 about a week ago, and I sold them yesterday at 2 15/16. This won't enable me to buy a condominium on the Riviera, but I am happy to accept the rate of return. Of course, I will kick myself if the price increases to 4 or 5 within the next few weeks.
