After the filing, the company must wait a few days for comments from the SEC, if any. If there're no comments, technically the issue is free to go. It then depends on how the underwriters will handle it. They must first get subscription for the shares, and if it's a hot issue, a little delay to promote the IPO is more desirable. The company will most likely go on a road show to promote the IPO as well. All in all, IPO a few weeks after the filing appears to be the norm. During this waiting time, NAVR will be volatile, most likely continue to climb until IPO date.

Of course, if market turns decisively south, all bets are off including the IPO itself.

Regards,

Tom
