Chief I must be missing something ,I don't understand your statement

"The offers are higher than the ask, but "exhuberance" is pushing people into market buys which erodes the higher offer. There is 500,000 shares for sale between 5.55-5.75 and what is wanted is 180,000 shares between 5.45-5.25"

Isn't it bid / ask or bid /offers ?? Don't market buys raise prices ??
