I have experienced many of the same things August has. And I share his opinion. Even Gil somewhat agrees. Etrade is just about as bad. I hate AMTD. There are better brokers out there. Brown is one. You obviously don't try to daytrade with AMTD. They would be Ok for buy and holders or monthly traders. Very strange that you have no problems at all, yet the problems have even been widely reported in the media. And I have many emails saved apologizing for the poor service and saying things will be fixed soon. Strange very strange.
