Dr. Dave,

I haven't been able to read the submission, but it is very possible it is just in response to David's appointment. They could very easily still have approval in their little hands to announce next week.

Could be wrong, but some rumor on the street is indicating otherwise.

At this point I wouldn't mind another delay and a dip to $0.58 - I would love more at that price, but I think the chance to buy at that price is over.
