Dorothy, Two points I think you missed here. Although settlement of the lawsuit is covered by insurance, (two insurance companies) one of the insurance companies is turning around and suing SYCR claiming the act was outside the coverage they supplied. Likely due to a claim by the insurance that the act was willful negligence. You also said: <<Since insiders have the bulk of the shares, it seems somewhat llogical that they would not be doubly careful with the new programs.>> 2. You may have been misled by incorrect posts from Bryan Buck and others regarding the number of shares outstanding, the float and officer director's ownership. I suggest you check this out closely yourself before getting too giddy. Cheers Steve
