Hola, Osprey-- a happy new year to ye!

Yes, with all the data and analysis accumulated since the last drill program (note that Marum is returning to last year's drill target "7" where an 'impenetrable bedrock unit' was encountered), including and especially the subsequent tightly-spaced airmags that revealed plenty more cleaner targets (with further follow-up ground sampling and lab testing completed), this company should be even better armed to attack the upcoming drill program. Two new anomaly clusters will be drilled too. -- It's important to remember, when evaluating progress, that in these times of very skeptical markets, meaning very lean time$, Marum has plugged on, keeping bills paid and claims in good standing all the while maintaining a continued field and lab work schedule (this, of course, requires a dedicated staff). This has kept company prospects alive and progressive. Diamond exploration is a costly (& complicated) business, and a co-ordinated management must be in place to this end. Full marks for Marum.

Bonus marks for the updated geochemical etc analyses that have been supplied, for shareholders' benefit, in several NR's by Marum.

I think we can expect drilling to commence in the latter half of this month, but no, I have heard no definitive date marker. -- Marum's lands have excellent access, mostly from the ongoing clearing by oil companies in the area where they are swathing cutlines and access roads all through the area, as well as infrastructure already inplace. This is important when considering the costs of bringing in heavy equipment for drilling.

As Wes indicated on this thread, we may hear more from the company next week (as to JV partner, perhaps any more anncmnts/ info?).

Cheers,
-j
