Question is how low the stock will go for others stepping in buy it.
I think IBM has ability and interests to do it. Current valuation on
CSCC is about 4 bil. The revenue for CSCC in last year was 340.9 mil.
It may be a little expensive. But it depends on how aggressive the
buyer is.

I see this year Networking companies are going through the product
transition. Some will come out strong and some will experice slow
down in business.

CSCC fr business growth is flat, and their international presence is
not strong(only less than 20% of their business). If IBM comes with a
bid, I don't see why not.
