THe move began two days ago--I just assumed it had something to do with this announcement:

Interneuron Receives Milestone Payment From Lilly
Payment Related to 1997 License for Development of Prozac for PMS
LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BW HealthWire)--Jan. 6, 1999--Interneuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:IPIC - news) today announced that it has received a milestone payment from Eli Lilly and Company [NYSE:LLY - news] in connection with a June 1997 license agreement between the companies related to the development of Prozac® (fluoxetine hydrochloride) for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

The milestone payment marks the completion of a clinical trial with Prozac for the treatment of PMS. The 1997 agreement provided Lilly with U.S. and global patent application rights covering the use of Prozac for the treatment of PMS.

Interneuron already has received up front fees from Lilly based on the license agreement and could receive future payments and royalties, if additional milestones are met.

Other than that--dunno! But it's fine with me!
