Ice... I believe the page to which I referred indicated whether the transaction occurred. I also said that "as per" the information provided on this page. However, you're right I overstated the case and you are right. But if the 144 is executed, isn't then another form filed? I believe a Form 4 or is that just for officers? Always appreciate your expertise. z
