Has anyone ever followed a biotech company in phase 3 research and testing. Trying to bring their first product to market by convicing a panel of doctors associated with the FDA their product is safe and effective. There are assertions, accusations assumptions, and compromise. Followed by law suits over patent rights, patent infringements, trademarks, and anything else the competition can muster to slow the process down or bring it down. My point is what is happening to PJTV is nothing new. PJTV is now reguarded as threat. Anytime $$$ are involved the corrupt and opportunist will appear. It gets bumpy.
