If I remember the discussions from last year the hold up was
that while the ADP isn't drilling from lake ice, the companies
still have to wait until the ground is sufficiently frozen to
allow for the moving of heavy equipment. Is that right? And, if
so, is the ground sufficiently frozen with the recent cold
weather? If not, when are we likely see conditions that will
allow equipment to be moved onto the various sites?
