AXGI did have a software division that was sold last year. The rumors that are running around here have AXGI doing something involving internet sales of their products. It is supposed to be similar to what WOOD has done and their stock went from .04 to .22. AXGI has less than half of the outstanding shares of WOOD. I hope this helps. Ernie
