To All:

Some of you have probably followed Seev Hed's posts on the Harken Energy thread to the effect that "Bandits" who own floorless convertible preferred stocks sell HEC short until they drive the price down sufficiently, and then pump it up again to repeat the process. Is there any chance that the same thing has happened to IPJ? If so, there might be some hope that the "Bandits" have reached the stage here wherein they will now cover shorts and pump up the price of IPJ in the hope of shorting it once again. Does anyone have any knowledge of this possibility?
