"I can't tell you, the SEC won't let me." That's a direct quote from Ron Holland (the so called inventor of pulsecharging) in response to the question "How much did you improve the fuel economy of the Ford Contour?"

This was 3 months after a BAT hype release where Earnest Borgnine presents a Ford Contour (purchased by BAT) to BAT for modification.

Well Ron couldn't tell me but he did go on to recommend that I buy the stock. I don't think he talked to Bill Wason who I also talked to that day because at the time Bill was dumping his shares into the public float. Bill failed to mention that to me too.

BAT deserves the SCAMMY not only for pulsecharging but for BATLUBE too, this used to Maxilube but it didn't sell so Bat got it on a MLM scheme. They spent seven years and untold funds to R&D electric bikes and finally stooped to just reselling Chinese Electric Bikes.

They sold 55 electric cars to themselves (BAT Barbados) put out a bunch of press releases and hype, sold more stock, then cancelled the order.
