Don't you think Hutch will take some money from the offering to lower debt? What are you expecting for huge cap ex over microactuation? Did they make any cap ex estimates in the conference call? I agree having the leading drive vendor buy your product hardly sounds like the Kiss of Death. What information do you have that Fujitsu is in the least unhappy with CAPS? Regards, Mark
