Janice let's say someone bought a bunch of 144 stock when Wellrich was pushing it for AZNT, and let's say you now wanted to register to sell this stock. Would you be able to do it? Would you be able to get your certs in paper form if you wanted? As I understand it, the 144 stock that was sold as a result of WellRich referrals had a one-year hold, and so most of all of it should qualify for registration and subsequent sale at this point. That's not the problem. The problem is that Mikey's the Transfer Agent From Hell. He refuses to issue certs, refuses to sign off on anything. I don't doubt his TA books make for very interesting reading.
