JT: Two points.

1) You did note the lawsuits primarily related to SIM and the period before Zulu-tek acquired SIM. And much like ESVS will assume ZULU debt, I guess it seems like ZULU would be responsible for SIM debt. But we don't know yet, since many of these matters are still waged in the courts.

2) You must have missed it. The accounting for the Yahoo stock was made in prior SEC filings. You only bring it up again because it serves your purpose to insult the company.
