Barry-

In my opinion they don't counter it as matter of fact I don't think they care. Look at what the PR machine has said-you know the scraggly looking guy with the go-T and glasses. In so many words he said-noone is forcing any of these people to stay if they want to go then go. The example he cited was if you go to the bank and see a long line you don't go there you go down the street to other bank that doesn't have any lines. He had one other comment prior to this one that escapes me at the moment but it was equally detrimental.
Mr Cases first response to the complaints/lawsuits was to ask the members to scale back their usage during peak hours, and bear with them until the upgrades have been completed and talked about how much money they were going to spend on the upgrades, as though anyone cares, thats the last thing anyone wants to hear. You sign up for unlimited and thats what you expect to get and without having to wait and to be able to log on whenever you want.

And yes I saw the commercial on Fri both CNN and CNBC played it. As well as numerous pieces that I hope they keep playing until the tape breaks. They have already said they will continue to follow this story until it is resolved.

I reiterate they will more than likely play one of their commercials before or after the Superbowl. They (Steve) can not resist such an opportunitiy to signup another 1/2 mil or so members, never mind that they do not have the capacity.
