ASCT question: I was asked this by a 'doubter'..."if there REALLY is a take over coming...why isn't ASCT selling closer to the past offering price of $10...surely others besides those on SI would know about it and bid it UP"! And I didn't really have a good answer, so I am bringing it to the thread, Thanks....
