I don't know but I hope they try, every time Steve opens his mouth, he shoots himself the foot, "NO REFUNDS" fine just call your credit card co..and tell them to take it off the bill..that "no refund" statement of his has Visa running overtime it's been on the news..one guy was interviewed who had canceled payment by calling VISA..he was quoted as saying, "and the operator said no problem' I'v had at least 30 people today do the same thing " now u know why I pay for service via credit card. I made hoovers refund me 3 months, and they didn't get snooty about it, fact is they were real nice, of course they knew they had no choice..Visa wants my business..and will cancel any thing I tell em to.. the recourse for the seller is to take me to court..and I don't do it with out due cause..so all they can win is bad PR.. you damm sure do not have to pay for a service you never got, unlimited access is just that, not a gee wiz..we didn't know. That may be ok..but give me back my money you crook..and if you don't I'l sue you not just for the refund, but for all the time and aggravation you cost me too..it only cost $35 were I'm at to file the papers, you don't have to go far to be smarter than I am, and I'm not a Lawyer..but I don't need one to file a case, just the filing fee..then they can pay me ( and not just the refund but for my time and all ) or send down one of their high priced mouth pieces to answer my charges..I'm just blowing off here like an old whale, I don't have that sort of problem with AOL..as I never bought into their spam, well yes I did years ago..but that was a lesson well learned..
