Here's my favorite site to get weather. It's actually out of the University of Michigan and has been around a l-o-n-g time--I used to telnet into the site for the forecast in the pre-Internet days:

wunderground.com

This URL will show you the weather for Hartford, CT but just put in the airport symbols [Hartford = BDL] or anything else suggested on the top line for the city of your choice. I like this Nat'l Weather Bureau forecast site because it has more 'talk' than the weather channel site and the page loads a lot faster for me.
