ria, I Agree!!! Usually companies trade at market caps many times sales but this one is opposite!! Thats why i couldnt figure out wht it was so cheap. .27 X sales is Totaly CRAZY!!! Then I read the 10Q. Here is what I found. Gross Margins are currently at 87%. that means that out of 230 Mill in sales, 29.9 Mill is profit. WE must take into account the margins for online sales. I dont know what they are so the 29.9 might vary a small amount. We also have to remember that this company dosnt make the product they resell it. An Important note is that the WEB was not a factor before and now it is. The stock does not reflect the web potental. I suppose this potential could be upwards of 10 -20 points once the actual sales via the web come out.

Cost of Operations for 9 months $4,507,000
Assume 1.5 Million for the last quarter
5,134,000 weighted average common shares outstanding

Misc Findings

During the current period, the Company announced a plan to reacquire up to 5% of its outstanding stock. As of September 30, 1998, the Company had reacquired 75,000 shares which are classified as Treasury stock on the accompanying Balance Sheet.
