TRADING PASSWORD: Your trading password is defaulted to the last four
digits of your social security number. If you do not have a social
security number, your password is assigned to the month and year in
which you were born. For example, a birth date of January 20, 1997
would be assigned 0197.

USER NAME AND PASSWORD: If you have forgotten your user name and
password or are unable to access your account, select "Online
Application" under "Open an Account" on the Action Card. Enter a new
user name and password on the Site Sign-In form. Do not try to
replicate any previous user name or password you had with SURETRADE.
When you have completed the form, click on "next" and then on "Investor
Home"(DO NOT OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT). Select "Change/Add Account" under
"Account Services" on the Action Card, then select "Create A Link
Account Online." Enter the first 8 digits of your account number and
complete the form. Click "Next," then "Yes I accept this agreement,"
"Link Account" and "Submit." Your account will be accessible from the
Investor's Homepage within one business day.

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD: To change your trading password, select
"Change/Add Account" under "Account Services" on the Action Card, then
select the link to "Change Your Trading Password."

line FNR/(YOUR ACCNT#). Do not include your birth date in the e-mail
for security reasons. We have access to your account information. We
will set your password within one business day. We recommend, for your
