Don,
Correct me if I'm wrong but those 25 mil share are for M&A and only 1.5% of this amount allocated for employees (give them more shares IMO, especially after FNTN becomes reporting so they have a stake in the company and we can see the sells).
With M&A Financial will gain assets, market, etc.. and only some dilution will occur in the following quarters.
Reverse split? That would be potentially a bad sign for the company.
