VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1999--Stox Infolink(VSE:SIS. - news) Stox InfoLink Systems Inc. (the ''Company'') announces that it has agreed to enter into a brokered financing with Yorkton Securities Inc. as Agent, wherein a maximum of 300,000 units will be subscribed for at a minimum price per unit of $2.50. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Two share purchase warrants will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $2.90 per share for a period of twelve months.
Closing is subject to board and regulatory approval and completion of final documentation. The proceeds of the financing will be used for the marketing of the Company's new products. All shares including those that may be issued upon the exercise of the warrants are subject to a four-month hold period. There will be a commission payable to Yorkton.
