Don, It says 8 million shares being held, but that isn't including the founders shares and other insiders. Then there's the Beneficial holders not being counted. Another 2.5 or so. I'll say in total there are 15M shares being closely held? I wish I could post the insiders holdings, and founders shares from Stocksmartpro. But that darn copyright stuff. They'll give you a two week or one month free subscription, so you'll be able to see what I mean about that long list of insiders shares.
