Daryn Fleming:

I am not pointing fingers....I am simply following "pointed fingers"..have you gone to nasdr.com and read what they have on Richard Singer II? It is free and they email you the records of his past business dealings (or other deal makers records....).

If not...I suggest you do.....before you recommend this or any stocks from this group of people......

He might be a "great guy"....but do due diligence on the record of all these companies and players, and develop your own opinion on whether it is "negative" or not.

this is the lead I followed, before I divested.

The NASD Public Disclosure report on the President of SRAD, Richard V. Singer II, presents some troubling information. This is available at nasdr.com

In the last 7 years, Mr. Singer has been associated with the following 9 brokerage firms: Stratton Oakmont, Robert Todd Financial, Meyers Pollock Robbins, Hillcrest Financial Corp, Sunpoint Securities, Kensington Wells, Seaboard Securities, Spectrum Securities, and Global Equities.

Stratton Oakmont's license was revoked by NASD Regulation. Stratton Oakmont is described at length in the Congressional testimony of Joseph Borg, available at nasaa.org.

A NASAA report on "investment boiler rooms" also lists "boiler room/microcap actions" againt Hillcrest Financial Group and Meyers Pollock Robbins.

Also, the NASDR public disclosure report indicates that Mr. Singer has a regulatory/disciplinary history. I will post the information when I receive it.
