True. HOWEVER, what across the board amount would satisfy everyone--
especially the state AG's? $5, $10, $19.95?????? And for how many
months? December and January? What about the coming months in which
AOL said the problem would persist (but presumably get better on a
city-by-city basis)?

And, far less than 100% of AOL subs have been affected -- probably no
more than 70% are in dial areas that have experienced overload.

Should AOL pay the 30%? If not, then it must demonstrate which
areas/subs have not been affected.

And so on and so on..........

Refunds is a real can 'o worms.
