PT, ZULU has not been a reporting company. They have made no SEC filings covering 1998 (the year during which the YHOO shares were sold) and didn't put out a press release about it.

Maybe Hayton or somebody else mentioned it to you privately, but the sale of the YHOO shares was not made public until ZULU financial statements for part of 1998 were included in recent ESVS filings.
