Could you give us an approximate update of how successful you have been since sep. I have been reading a lot of bad press about day trading. Block Trading failure, Altec investigations.... It seems that a majority of the traders in their offices were not making money. I have been feverishly socking away money in the hopes of switching careers but am starting to wonder?? Were the people just not knowledgable or experienced?? Did they not have the mental discipline?? I would appreciate input from successful traders as to attrition rates of would be traders? I have been investing short-medium term for 5 years, read many books concerning mental aspects of trading, technical analysis, the nature of risk, etc.... I am figuring to start with 200K, 50k to live on first year with assumption of break-even first year. 150K 2nd year forward hoping for 30%-50% minimum. Realistic??? Opinions appreciated. MB
