>>>They ran it into the ground, alienating customers and network partners alike.
During a fantastic growth stage of the Internet, SIM went from being a leader to insignificance. While it's competitors had significant income growth, it's income shrunk to a fraction of what it had been.
I hope that they don't manage BFL in the same manner as they did SIM.<<<
I guess, Jon, you leave out stuff you don't like. There was a lot of self-examination in the filing about what happened with SIM. And there is really only one bottom line conclusion: SIM was a mess when Zulu got hold of it.
To be sure, SIM had good marketing strategies and demographics and so forth and an ideal client list. But financially, it was a mess and several legal matters--note the dates on the legal matters you presented in your filing excerpts--are pretty much all pre-Zulu-tek. Has Zulu spent a year trying to clean up the mess? You bet! But not if we listen only to you.
Folks read the filings carefully and do not fall prey to JT's distortion. Make your own decision based on what you know, not what he tells you.
JT, don't say "you hope." 'Cause, in reality, all you hope they do with BFL is blow it. So don't say otherwise. It's obvious that you hate ZULU, it's leadership and probably any company which does business with it. Don't you think it's time we put this statment in the Zulu Facts room? |
