Dolgoff (not Dolgroff) - I would think it would be in his best interest not to cause financial problems for PJTV. If he has any valid claims to the previous patents, even if they are related to the new tv (PJTV says they are not), then he would be better served having PJTV do well financially. If he hurts PJTV then if he has any valid claims he will be also hurting himself in dollar terms. However, if his main point is to damage PJTV for vindictive reasons and he does not have any valid claims, then PJTV and shareholders should seriously consider a lawsuit against him for financial damages. If he lost, he could lose his present assets and more and perhaps his insurance company would be liable also. Hey, look, OJ's defense during the civil trial is being paid by his insurance company (although they made a deal that if he is found guilty he is reponsible alone for payments).
