Jeff you're right about USR being able to adjust to another standard, however the articles and the FUD which is being spread around make it sound like USR doesn't even show up to the Standards meetings...not true! USR is present in all the meetings and does have a preferrence as to what the standard becomes. However USR is in no hurry for standards and ROK/LU need standards which are workable with their inferior chip technology.
