That was blankmind who was organizing the share holders move to put Vivus on the auction block for $40.00/share.

If I remember correctly one problem he had was all the traders buying and selling and then trying to figure out who was in and who was out.

That's why I decided to make those minimal ground rules that I listed earlier.
