Well the Archival Shares will be going to the shareholders of the date of record Jan 22. If people want to go ahead and start exercising their warrants in order to meet the date of record, the need to do it by the 22cd. Now I don't want any of the shareholders to feel pressured or anything about warrants, because if they don't want to exchange their warrants right now, thats also fine, these warrants are good until 6/1/99. Archival is just the start of several good things in the works. IE: you guys know how to trade stocks for what is best for yourself... much better than I do. KAA
