Herb,

I see two reverse H&S formations here...one from Jan/Feb to Jan with a neckline at 10, the other smaller one from Nov to Jan with a neckline at 9......also agree on 16, possibly even 17, but expect a pullback from 13 1/2 to 10 first.......just a guess!
