SW - DRIV is the pure play Internet category leader. TSQD is a BB derivative play that has an "option" to own 3 million DRIV shares, after an exercise and sale of 200,000 shares. TSQD's basic business is mundane. When DRIV went public in mid-August, the DRIV/TSQD ratio was about 3:1. The ratio is about 10:1 now. When DRIV went public, I converted all of my TSQD shares into DRIV. I am glad I did. While TSQD should benefit from DRIV price gains, the historical correlation has been erratic. My preference continues to be DRIV over TSQD. Regarding DRIV's sell-off, I am unconcerned about short-term price movements. DRIV has a very high beta and its trend is stellar. DRIV is still a small cap stock whose valuation compares very favorably to other recent IPO Internet category leaders ie: BCST, INKT, etc. Regards.
