Northwest Power Systems Fuel Cell Powers Oregon Residence EUGENE, Ore., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Power Systems today demonstrated the performance of an experimental fuel cell system in a Eugene, Oregon, residence. The experimental unit, built by Northwest Power Systems under contract to the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), provided electric power to a three-bedroom residence.
